職責

- Serve as internal consultant in IT department.
- Perform user requirements analysis to understand the business needs.
- Provide advice and support to users for incident troubleshooting.
- Review business processes to proceed related functional enhancements and setup standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal users to support project implementation and problem resolution.
- Manage vendor to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete in good quality.
- Undertake system analysis, design, testing, training and documentation.
- Manage system tests and implement necessary measurements for quality control.
- Handle system rollout and data migration process.

要求

- Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
- Experience and solid knowledge in either two of module (MM, SD, FI/CO).
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience in SAP ECC (Less experience will also consider as Senior Associate Position).
- Experience in retail industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge in B1 is a plus.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Business know-how.
